Beth has over twenty years of financial management and lending experience. Her focus is on creative financing and educating consumers about the smart use of money in real estate transactions. In addition to teaching at local real estate schools and firms, Beth co-authors the column "Mortgages and More" which appears weekly in the Sunday Asheville Citizen-Times real estate section.

Prior to relocating to Asheville from Boston, Beth held senior level management positions in consulting, banking and financial services firms. Her educational credentials include three Master's degrees one of which is a Master's in Business Administration. Customer Testimonials:
