Robert graduated from Portland State University and started his career as a corporate accountant. After spending several years working as an accountant Robert relocated to Asheville in March of 2005 from Portland, Oregon with his wife Amy and two children Garrett and Riley. Here in Asheville Robert extended his knowledge of tax and finance to help guide homeowners through the complications of financing their homes.

Robert has developed an extensive referral network of CPA's, CFP's, Insurance Agents, Real Estate Agents, and Home Builders.

In his off time Robert enjoys coaching Upward Bound Basketball at West Asheville Baptist Church and baseball with Hominy Valley Youth Sports. Robert is also an active member with the Bent Creek Community Park Association.
