Conclusion:  The loan closed and funded on time. Pam and Kathryn were very happy and relieved that they did not have to pay their mover's time and a half to move them on the weekend. Of course, the seller, listing agent and buyer's agent were pleased as well due to the fact that no one was inconvenienced.
