Situation: Carlene and Anne, currently living in Idaho, wanted to purchase a second home in Asheville prior to their retirement. After retirement, they will sell their primary residence in Idaho and come to live in Asheville full-time. In the meantime they would use the Asheville property as a vacation retreat.
